Crispy Cheese Tofu Snack Recipe :: Really Delicious and Easy Recipe:: Tofu Cheetos

I made a crunchy and delicious tofu snack.
It’s easy to make, and the ingredients are simple, but it’s really delicious.

[Serves 3 to 4 people]
✤ Materials

  • 300g Tofu
  • 90g (9Tbsp) Cornstarch (potato starch, tapioca available)
  • 40g (4Tbsp) Rice flour (can be substituted with starch)

  • 2g (0.5tsp) Salt
  • 5g (0.5Tbsp) Sugar
  • 7g (1Tbsp) Baking powder
  • 30g (3Tbsp) Cheddar cheese (parmesan cheese available)

✤ TIP

  • Adding rice flour makes it more crispy and lasts longer.
  • If you omit cheese, double the salt (total 1 tsp).
  • You can sprinkle seasoning powder (barbecue, cheese, etc.)
  • It’s delicious even with sugar.
