200 GM CAULIFLOWER
CUT INTO SMALL PIECES
WASH WITH WATER
BOIL SOME WATER
½ TSPN SALT
BOIL THE CAULIFLOWERS
BOIL FOR 2-3 MIN.
1 CUP FLOUR
½ TSPN GARLIC POWDER
½ TSPN PEPPER POWDER
1 TSPN PAPRIKA POWDER
½ TSPN SALT
MIX
1 EGG
1 TBSP CORIANDER LEAVES
½ CUP MILK
MIX WELL
COAT THE CAULIFLOWER
FRY IN MEDIUM HEATED OIL
FRY UNTIL GOLDEN BROWN
