Crab Rangoon

Crab Rangoon is an authentic Burmese recipe and it has been commercialised by restaurant trader vic of san Francisco. It is made frying mixture of crab stacks, cream cheese, minced siling haba, chili flakes, salt, and sugar wrapped in wonton wrapper. Crab Rangoon
1 block cream cheese
3 pcs flaked crab sticks
3 pcs minced siling haba
Chili flakes to taste
Salt to taste
Sugar to taste
Wonton wrapper

1. In a bowl, combine cream cheese, sugar, siling haba, salt and chili flakes. Mix until well combined.
2. Ready wonton wrapper. Get a piece, lay on a flat surface.
3. Wet edges of the wrapper.
4. Put a teaspoonful of the filling on the center.
5. Lift both ends of the wrapper to bring them together. Pinch to seal. Repeat process with the other sides. Set aside.
6. Repeat untill you have used the wrapper.
7. In a pan with hot oil, put wonton one at a time.
8. Deep fry until golden and crispy. When golden, remove from the pan. Set aside.
9. Serve and enjoy immediately.
