Coconut cookies: you need only 3 ingredients!

150g (1 ¾ cup) shredded coconut
3 large eggs whites
120g (3/5 cup) sugar

1. Preheat the oven to 190°C/375°F.
2. In a large bowl mix coconut with sugar and add egg whites. Mix well until smooth and slightly sticky dough forms.
3. Transfer the dough into a piping bag with a large star-shaped nozzle.
4. Pipe out small individual cookies onto a prepared baking pan and bake with the fan on for around 10 minutes.
