Ciavattoni romani (Italian puff pastry dessert): greedy and very easy to prepare!

INGREDIENTS
3 rolls of puff pastry
Sugar
Hazelnut cream

METHOD
1. Unroll the first puff pastry on the cutting board and then the two more on top. Press with hands to assemble well and roll it out.
2. Cut the roll into 6 equal pieces. Sprinkle the sugar on the working surface and press one side with your hands to flatten it a bit.
3. Roll it out with the rolling pin and spread the hazelnut cream in the middle. Press well with your hands to close it.
4. Transfer them to the baking tray covered with parchment paper and bake in the oven at 180°C/360°F for 25 minutes.
