I made a simple rare cheese cake with white chocolate, a bit like Christmas.
I’m sorry. I told you it was a no-bake recipe.
But I did bake the sponge.
Please consider using crushed Oreos or other ingredients as a base.
I used more cream cheese to make it fluffy and cheesey.
You can use a milk carton or something similar for the mold, but the amount will be slightly different, so calculate the total amount that will fit in the mold and make sure to use the same ratio.
[ Sponge (Biscuit Chocolat)
A – Egg yolks: 70g
A – Granulated sugar: 55g
B – Egg white: 110g
B – Granulated sugar: 55g
Cocoa powder: 30g

- Whisk together A.
- Beat B
Add 1/3 of the meringue to the egg yolks, mix in the cocoa powder, and combine with a rubber spatula.
Pour in the rest of the meringue.
Preheat the oven to 180°C and bake for 10-12 minutes.
Rare cheese dough (180 x 120 x 50mm)
A – Cream cheese: 400 g
A – Granulated sugar: 80g
C – Gelatin powder: 13g
C – Water: 40g
Fresh cream: 100ml
White chocolate: 60g
Fresh cream: 100ml (whip and add later)
- Chop up the white chocolate.
Blend the gelatin powder with water (C).
Cut strawberries into pieces.
Heat and knead the cream cheese and mix in the granulated sugar.
Bring the cream to a boil and stir it into the white chocolate.
Add the whipped cream to 5.
Add 4 to the cream cheese and mix.
Heat the softened gelatin powder, add it to 7, and mix well.
- Scrub with a colander.
Place a sponge under the mold and pour in the batter.
Put strawberries on top and set in the refrigerator.
