flour (or maida) 1 & 1/2 cup
cocoa powder 4 tbsp
baking powder 1 tsp
baking soda 1/2 tsp
sugar 1/2 cup
cooking oil 1/2 cup
instant coffee 1 tbsp
warm water 350ml
white vinegar or lemon juice 1 tbsp

for the mousse;
whipping cream 400ml
powdered sugar 3/4 cup
cocoa powder 1/4 cup

for the chocolate ganache :
semi sweet dark chocolate 200g
milk 1/2 cup
some grated chocolate on top

baking ring 6 inch
for oven : bake preheated oven 170c for 45 to 50 minutes.
