Chocolate ladyfingers biscuits recipe / Quick, fluffy and light ladyfingers!
It’s my Proust madeleine! Ever since I was a child, I have loved ladyfingers. We can prepare them in different ways, we can flavor them, eat them in different ways. They are light, airy, fluffy and delicious!! Recipe 3 ingredients or with a touch of chocolate for the greediest with 4 ingredients! Good tasting !
60 g powdered sugar (¼ cup)
60 g sifted flour (¼ cup + 2 tbsp)
Spread with chocolate paste (homemade or other of your choice)
1 – You can flavor your ladyfingers. Example: lemon, vanilla, orange, etc… with about 2 teaspoons to add once the egg whites are whipped.
2 – You can replace the sugar with a sugar substitute like Erythritol.
3 – I recommend adding the icing sugar to the biscuits, with your hands rather than sifting it (it’s much prettier).
4 – The oven is preheated.
5 – These cookies will keep for several weeks in a tin.
6 – Cookies to eat for afternoon tea or in a Tiramisu or with ice cream or to dip in champagne 🙂
