Chocolate “Dinuguan” with Blue Adlai Rice | Vegan

Hey Foodies! Diniguan is a Filipino savory dish made of pork meat stewed in pig’s blood ans spices. It goes well with hot steam rice or with Filipino rice cake known as “Puto”. Here’s a Healthy version and vegan-friendly dish that you will surely love!


Blue Adlai Rice:
1 1/2 cup Adlai Rice
3 cups Water
8g Dried Blue Ternate Flower

3 tbsp Olive Oil
200g Tofu
Salt and Pepper
1 whole Red Onion
5 cloves Garlic
200g Button Mushroom
1 1/2 cup Mushroom Stock
3 tbsp Cornstarch
1 tbsp Coconut Sugar
2 Unsweetened Cocoa Powder
1 cup Water
1/4 cup Vinegar
2 tbsp Vegan Fish Sauce
2-3 pcs Dried Bay Leaves
Green Chilies
