INGREDIENTS

1 lb flank steak or your favorite steak
1 tbsp Soy Sauce

4 cloves garlic, minced
3 tsps minced ginger
2 – 3 tbsps soy sauce
2 tbsps brown sugar
1 1/2 – 2 tsps Hoisin sauce
2 tsps cornstarch
1/4 cup water
Black pepper to taste
Sesame oil

1 tbsp cooking oil
1/2 – 1 lb brocoli
1 large onion chopped
1 bell pepper (optional)
Cooking oil
Sesame seeds
Diced Green onion
