Chinese fried rice recipe ♥ Don’t take takeaway anymore!

I love Chinese fried rice! ♥ This version is delicious! I prepare it with a little chicken rolled in starch, which will make the dish really tasty. A quick recipe to make, the cooking time will be a little longer if you do it in a pan. This mix of flavors is magical! You can use low-salt soy sauce or even use coconut-based soy sauce. It is very similar to fried rice. Good tasting !
Ingredients :
2 eggs
Oil
2 chicken breast cutlets
tapioca starch
3 tablespoons of soy sauce
300g cooked rice
1 onion
1 large carrot
125 ml peas (sorry I didn’t weigh) – 1/2 cup
1 clove of garlic
