Chicken Cheese Rangoon Rolls || Crab Rangoon Rolls with Garlic Sauce

8 oz imitation crab
5-6 cooked shrimp
6-8 ounces cream cheese
1 tbsp soy sauce
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp onion powder
Spring roll wrappers ( I used rice paper wrappers but you can also use regular spring roll wrappers( or even wonton). It’s easier to handle. )

4 thinly sliced chicken breast
Season with salt, black pepper, onion powder, garlic powder, paprika
8 oz cream cheese
2 scallions sliced
2 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
1 tsp all purpose seasoning (add to filling)
Spring roll wrappers
Oil for cooking chicken


Garlic Sauce:
4 cloves minced garlic
1 tbsp freshly minced ginger
3/4 cup soy sauce
124 cup rice vinegar
1 tbsp sesame oil
1/2 cup chicken/vegetable broth or water
2 tbsp brown sugar
1 tbsp cornstarch + 2 tbsp water
