Cheesy potatoes: here’s how to make them crispy in a few simple steps!

You only need a muffin tray to make something incredible!

6 potatoes 
6 butter cubes 
4 garlic cloves, minced 
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp pepper
Mozzarella, shredded 

1. Cut each potato into four parts, fill it with butter and garlic, and add salt and pepper.
2. Bake at 180°C (360°F) for 50 minutes, add cheese and bake for 5 minutes more.
