Cheese-Stuffed Wagyu Burger

You know what the only thing better than a wagyu burger is? A cheese-stuffed wagyu burger. Picture this. Japanese A5 wagyu, ground into a beautiful, fatty beef. After this meat is seasoned, it’s shaped into oversized patties and stuffed with cheese and sweet, sticky caramelized onions. Then, to finish things out, it’s all surrounded by a crisp leaf of lettuce and fresh hunk of tomato as well as some simple special sauce and homemade buns.
