Carrot Mug Cake in Only 1 Minute | Em’s Kitchen


For cake:
4 tbsp all-purpose flour
2 tbsp sugar
1/8 tsp baking soda
1/4 tsp cinnamon
Pinch of nutmeg
Pinch of salt
2 tbsp milk
1 tbsp oil
2 tbsp grated carrot
Chopped raisins (optional)
Chopped walnuts (optional)

For frosting (optional):
1 tbsp cream cheese
1 tsp honey
1/4 tsp vanilla

Mug size: 250 ml
(1000 watt microwave used)
