For the cake:
2 cups dry milk powder, toasted (250g)
4 eggs
1/2 cup sugar (100g)
1/2 cup oil (120g)
1 tsp vanilla
1 tsp baking powder
1/4 tsp salt


For the caramel sauce:
1/2 cup sugar (100g)
2 tbsp butter (28g)
1/3 cup heavy cream (80ml)
