✅️ 1 can Baked Beans (In Jamaica we mostly use Baked Beans in tomato sauce for this dish. However, Regular or brown sugar or honey baked beans may be used)

✅️ 1 small onion, sliced

✅️ Bell peppers cut in strips

✅️ 3 cloves garlic, diced

✅️ 1 tomato diced

✅️Fresh thyme sprigs

✅️ 2 stalks escallion, diced
