Suji 1/4 cup
Gram flour / besan 1/2 cup
Salt to taste
Garlic 1/2 tsp
Ginger 1/2 tsp
Cumin 1/2 tsp
Coriander 1/2 tsp
Chaat masala 1/2 tsp
Green chili 2 pieces
Parsley 2 tbsp
Water 1 cup
Oil 1 tsp
Mix well
Cook it on low flame
Keep stirring
Water absorbed
Dough form
Cool for 5 mins
Knead well
Grease hands with oil
Fry until golden brown
