I love patties for my breakfast or as a snack with a delicious hot tea. These pancakes are without added sugar (only the natural sugar of the banana) and without flour! A gluten-free recipe, a vegan recipe ♥ It’s crispy on the outside and melting on the inside. You can make thinner patties too. They will be perfect with chocolate or caramel spread, or good jam. A recipe that will please the whole family. Good tasting !
