CHOCOLATE CUPCAKES:

INGREDIENTS: 12 Cupcakes

1 Cup All Purpose/Plain Flour
1/2 Cup Cocoa Powder
1 Teaspoon Basking Powder
1/2 Teaspoon Baking Soda
Pinch of Salt
1 Cup Sugar
2 Large Eggs
1/2 Cup Milk
1/3 Cup Oil
Splash of Vanilla
1/2 Cup Hot Water

BISCOFF CONDENSED MILK BUTTERCREAM:

INGREDIENTS: Makes 4.5 Cups
Leftovers freeze very well.

500g Unsalted Softened Butter
1 Can (395-400g) Sweetened Condemned Milk
8 Biscoff Biscuits- more or less to taste
1/2 Cup Biscoff Spread
