How to Make Easy Baked Spaghetti Casserole

1 tbsp olive oil
1 lb (450g) ground beef
1 onion
2 cloves garlic
1 bell pepper
28 oz (800g) diced tomatoes
1 tbsp tomato paste
1 tsp dried oregano
1 tsp dried basil
Black pepper
1/2 cup beef broth/ stock (or water)
1 lb (450g) spaghetti
1/2 cup parmesan cheese
2 cups mozzarella & cheddar
