1. Clean and fill the fish with lemon slices and slices of garlic. Make the cuts on top and fill with lemon slices and garlic.
2. Arrange lemon slices on a pan covered with parchment paper season with salt, and pepper, and add a drizzle of extra virgin olive oil.
3. Add the sea bass on top, season with salt and pepper, and drizzle with olive oil. Transfer to the oven and bake at 180°C/360°F for 20 minutes.
4. Serve the sea bass with lemon slices after baking.
