- All the ingredients are mixed, keep the low heat and keep stirring
- After pouring into the greased mold, plastic wrap on the surface and refrigerate for about 3 hours.
- Reverse unmold. After coating the surface with egg yolk, bake the middle layer at 200°C for 20 minutes until the surface is colored.
