Milk 500g
Sugar 35g
Egg yolk 2
Corn starch 50g
Cheese slices 1
Egg yolk(on surface)

  1. All the ingredients are mixed, keep the low heat and keep stirring
  2. After pouring into the greased mold, plastic wrap on the surface and refrigerate for about 3 hours.

  4. Reverse unmold. After coating the surface with egg yolk, bake the middle layer at 200°C for 20 minutes until the surface is colored.
