Amazingly delicious Shrimp & Callaloo in Coconut Cream | Tasty Shrimp dish


1 lb raw Shrimp ( Jumbo or larger )

1/2 tbsp Olive oil

1 tbsp green seasoning

1 1/2 tsp fish or seafood seasoning
(I like Maggi and Jamaica Valley seasoning for this dish)

1 tsp paprika

Salt and Black pepper to taste

1/2 – 1 tbsp canola oil to cook shrimp

1 tbsp butter

1 small onion, diced


Diced Bell peppers as desired

1 1/2 tbsp green seasoning

1 – 1 1/2 cup Diced Callaloo

1 cup or more Coconut cream

2 tsps fresh thyme leaves, minced

Minced green Scotchbonnet as desired

Black pepper and more Fish Seasoning to taste

This dish serves 2 adults…unless you’re real hungry and want it all to yourself 😄
