Air fryer zeppole: how to make them perfect in no time!

250ml (1 cup) water
120g (½ cup) butter
5g (4/5 tsp) salt
250g (2 cups) flour
6 eggs
Powdered sugar
Black cherries

1. Mix water and butter in a pot and heat until the mixture boils. Add flour, and salt and mix until thick.
2. Remove from heat and add the eggs, whisking well until a smooth dough forms.
3. Pour the mixture into a piping bag and form several discs on in the air fryer basket.
4. Place in the air fryer and cook for 15 minutes at 180°C (356°F).
5. Sprinkle powdered sugar on each zeppole. Add custard to each one in the center and garnish with black cherries.
