Air fryer mini krapfen: the German recipe very simple to make!

80g (2/5 cup) sugar
250g (1 cup) ricotta
Lemon zest
50g (2/5 cup) cornstarch
16 g baking powder
250g (2 cups) flour
2 eggs
Vanilla extract

1. Pour the cheese into a bowl, add sugar, eggs, vanilla extract, and lemon zest, and mix.
2. Add the flour, cornstarch, and baking powder.
3. Beat very well until the ingredients are well integrated and obtain a dough.
4. Grease the air fryer basket. Grease two spoons and pour a little mixture into the basket in the form of small balls.
5. Bake for 5 minutes at 190°C (374°F).
6. Coat each ball with sugar.
