- 90g Beef (pork, chicken breast available)
- 20g (2Tbsp) Cornstarch
- A little salt (beef seasoning)
- A little pepper powder (beef seasoning)
- Olive oil (for roasting vegetables and meat)
- 20g (2.5Tbsp) Soy sauce
- 16g (2Tbsp) Vinegar
- 16g (1Tbsp) Honey (or 7g(1Tbsp) sugar)
- 8g (1Tbsp) Sesame oil
- 4g (0.5Tbsp) Roasted sesame seeds
- If you add more vegetables, it may become bland, so adjust the amount.
- You can substitute vegetables or tofu instead of meat.
- You can change the vegetables to any kind you like.
