Whole wheat flour: 7 teaspoons (you can add more or less as per the requirement) 30 grams
Oat fiber: 2 teaspoons or 1 tablespoon
Seasoning of your choice
Low fat yogurt: 1 teaspoon
Water: to make a smooth batter (80 ml or more to make a smooth batter)
