I’ve created this low calorie condensed milk recipe with only a few ingredients. This recipe comes together in minutes and it has only 5 CALORIES PER TABLESPOON.

Low fat almond milk or skimmed milk: 1+1/4 cups (295 ml)
Sweetener: 6 tablespoons (60 grams)
Vanilla essence: A few drops
Milk powder (optional): 1 teaspoon (5 grams)
Cornstarch: 1.5 teaspoons (5 grams)
Water: 3-4 tablespoons (to make a slurry) (30 ml)
