INGREDIENTS: Makes 4 1/2 Cups
500g Unsalted Butter Softened
1 Can (Approx 400g) Sweetened Condensed Milk
7 Arnott’s Mint Slice Biscuits


BISCOFF COOKIES BUTTERCREAM:
INGREDIENTS: makes 4 1/2 Cups

500g Unsalted Softened Butter
1 Can (395-400g) Sweetened Condemned Milk
8 Biscoff Biscuits- more or less to taste
1/2 Cup Biscoff Spread


CHOCOLATE CHIP COOKIE BUTTERCREAM
INGREDIENTS: Makes Approx 4 Cups
500g Unsalted Butter Softened
495g Can Sweetened Condensed Milk
8 Chocolate Chip Cookies (Homemade or Store Bought)
1/4 Cup Grated Dark Chocolate (Optional)


OREO COOKIES AND CREAM BUTTERCREAM:
INGREDIENTS: Makes 4 Cups
500g Unsalted Butter – Softened
1 Can (400g) Sweetened Condensed Milk – room temp
3/4 Cups Oreo Cookie Crumbs
