3 Ingredient No Bake Chocolate Cake
Today I’m going to show you how to make chocolate cake without oven.
This 5 minute chocolate cake is one of the easiest cakes you’ll ever make.
This recipe contains no eggs, flour or butter!
3 INGREDIENT CHOCOLATE CAKE RECIPE
4 cups quick cooking oats (360g)
2.5 cups coconut milk (625ml)
10 oz organic dark chocolate (300g)

In a large bowl, add the chopped chocolate and coconut milk.
Microwave in 30-second bursts until melted, stir until smooth and glossy. Also you can heat your coconut milk over stove top and pour over the chocolate (no microwave needed).
Add quick cooking oats and stir well to combine.
Line your cake pan with parchment paper (you can use any shape or size of the pan, smaller size pan will make the thicker pieces).
Pour the mixture into the pan and spread it evenly.
Let it sit at room temperature for 1 hour, then transfer to the fridge to set overnight. Also, you can slice it after 2 hours, but the oats will be slightly chewy.
Slice it up and serve with some fresh berries on side.
