[2Type of Potato Wedges] Seasoned Fried Potatoes, Oven Baked Potatoes, and Cream Cheese Dip

I made seasoned potato wedges and cream cheese sauce.
It’s delicious to eat just potatoes, but I dipped it in cheese sauce too. It’s like eating at a restaurant.
I have prepared both how to bake with oven and how to make without oven.

✤ Oven Potatoes

  • 510g, 3 Potatoes
  • 2g (1tsp) Salt
  • 1g (1tsp) Chili powder (or paprika powder)

  • Rosemary (optional)

  • 510g, 3 Potatoes
  • 2g (1tsp) Salt
  • 1g (1tsp) Chili powder (or paprika powder)
  • 4g (2tsp) Curry powder
  • 70ml Water
  • 27g (3Tbsp) Wheat flour
  • 45g (5Tbsp) Starch powder (any kind)

✤ Cream Cheese Sauce

  • 50g (6Tbsp) Ricotta cheese

  • 7g (1Tbsp) Olive oil
  • 14g (2Tbsp) Water
  • 1g(1.5 tsp) Oregano
  • 2g (2tsp) Lemon zest
  • 30g (2Tbsp) Honey
  • 0.3 tsp Pepper powder

✤ Toppings

  • Parmesan Cheese
  • Pepper powder
  • Rosemary
  • Salt (optional)

✤ TIP

  • You can change to feta cheese or brata cheese instead of ricotta cheese.
  • When frying potatoes, adjust it to start (medium heat) and when it turns golden (low heat).
    (If the pot is large, start (high heat), and when it turns golden (medium heat))
