1/4 cup butter, melted (57g)
1/2 cup brown or white sugar (100g)
1/8 tsp salt
1 tsp vanilla
1 egg*, room temperature
1/2 cup all-purpose flour (60g)
1/4 tsp baking powder
1/4 cup white chocolate chips
2 tbsp sprinkles (optional)
Microwave used: 1000 watts.
Dish used: 6.5×6.5 inch. You can also use microwave safe container, silicone mold, or mugs.
*Substitute the egg by using 1 tbsp ground flaxseed + 3 tbsp water
*You can bake these blondies in a traditional oven at 350°F (180°C) for about 20 minutes.
*DO NOT over bake. When the batter no longer looks wet and the top is barely firm to touch, it is baked.
