2 ingredient mousse: how to make it super creamy in just a few steps!

INGREDIENTS
200g of dark chocolate
Ice cubes + water
160ml (1/2 cup) of water (hot)

METHOD
1. Cut the chocolate into pieces and pour into the bowl. Pour into the microwave-safe bowl and transfer to the microwave for 1 min.
2. Remove the bowl from the microwave and mix with a spatula to melt the chocolate.
3. Add the ice cubes into the bowl and pour the water. Place the bowl with melted chocolate in the bowl with ice cubes and water.
4. Pour the hot water and whisk to combine well. After the chocolate and water are combined start to mix with the electric mixer and mix until the chocolate is firm. Whisk again for a few minutes.
5. Pour the chocolate into the serving glasses and transfer to the fridge for 30 minutes.
6. Serve and enjoy!
