1.Small eggs: 2 (80 grams for both of them)
You wanna whip the eggs until nice and creamy (my camera wasn’t recording so I couldn’t film that part)
2.All purpose flour or oat flour: 1.5-2 tablespoons (16 grams)
3.Zero calorie sugar: 2 tablespoons OR 1 tablespoon of white sugar (12.5 grams)
4.Vanilla essence: A few drops
5.Applesauce: 2 teaspoons (10 grams), It’s 2 teaspoons and not tablespoons, OR 2 tablespoons of low fat yogurt (28 grams)

🌸Sugar free maple syrup would add 8 calories per tablespoon
