Today I’m going to show you how to make brownies in a mug.
This is the easiest brownie recipe you’ll ever make, and it’s healthier compared to other brownies.
It’s so fudgy and it tastes so good.
1 MINUTE BROWNIE RECIPE
(makes 1 brownie)
Ingredients:
2 tbsp ground oats or oat flour
2 tbsp unsweetened cocoa powder
2 tbsp unsweetened applesauce
2 tbsp milk (dairy or non-dairy)
1 tbsp maple syrup, honey or agave
1 tbsp dark chocolate chips
NUTRITIONAL INFO (per brownie):
220 calories, fat 6.9g, carb 42.1g, protein 5.7g
Preparation:
In a coffee mug, add the ground oats and cocoa powder, and mix together.
Add the applesauce, milk and maple syrup (honey or agave), and mix using a fork until a smooth batter is formed. Make sure there are no lumps on the bottom of the mug.
Stir in the dark chocolate chips and sprinkle some on top.
Microwave on high for 1 to 1.5 minutes, which really depends on your microwave (find your sweetspot).
Let it cool for 1-2 minutes, then top with some flaky salt and dig in.
