๐Ingredients
Serve 4
400g diced chicken breast
4 garlic cloves, diced
1/2 red pepper
1/2 yellow pepper
1/2 Green pepper
1 onion, roughly chopped
1 large carrot, thinly sliced
4 baby corn, sliced
Chinese Sweet & Sour Concentrate
3 tbsp sunflower oil
salt and pepper
๐Method
Add chicken into a pan with the sunflower oil. Season with salt and pepper and cook for 10 minutes on medium heat until tender and golden, add half a cup of water if the liquid evaporates.
Dice all vegetables and bring them into the pan and sautรฉ for 2-3 minutes.
In the meantime prepare the sauce according to the package.
Pour the sauce over the meat and vegetables and cook until thickened.
Serve with rice and steamed broccoli or green beans.
Rice has been prepared in Thermomix TM6 in 20 minutes and broccoli steamed at the same time in the Varoma.
